If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance (electing to pay privately), you are entitled to a clear, upfront explanation of our fees, including an estimate of total costs before services begin.
What You Can Expect
A detailed explanation of our private-pay rates and what services are included
A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) in writing, upon request or prior to your evaluation
The ability to ask questions about billing or service costs at any time
No surprise bills, hidden fees, or unexpected charges
Good Faith Estimate (GFE)
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of services if:
You are uninsured, or
You are not using insurance (private pay / self-pay)
This estimate will include:
The anticipated number of visits
The cost per visit or service
Any additional services or supplies recommended during your care
